30-Day Return Window
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original packaging with all accessories included.
Return Process
- Contact us at support@craftnova.shop with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Drop off at the designated carrier location.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used earbud tips (hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 48 hours. We will provide a prepaid return label and ship a replacement at no cost.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange for a different model, initiate a standard return and place a new order for the desired item.
