Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. Rates calculated at checkout. Customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can also check your order status in your account.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship from our US warehouse. PO Box addresses may require additional processing time.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@craftnova.shop. We will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement.
